What happens if I run out of artworks?
Uploading art never uses an artwork. Processing pauses once your artworks run out. Free's 3 artworks don't reset, so upgrading is the only way to get more. Paid plans reset automatically each month, or you can upgrade sooner for more room right away.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Account > Subscription, click Manage Plan, then Cancel at period end. Printprep.art stops charging you right away, and you keep access to your account and its artworks until the end of your current billing period.
Does Printprep.art publish my Etsy listing automatically?
No. Printprep.art builds your mockups, files, and listing copy, then hands you a finished draft. You review it and click publish yourself, so nothing goes live without your approval.
Can I still edit my listing on Etsy after Printprep.art publishes it?
Yes, but changes you make directly on Etsy won't sync back to Printprep.art automatically. For big edits, like new mockups or files, make them in Printprep.art and push the update to Etsy instead.
